This video represents a guy who goes into a house full of girls and in the video the girls are portrayed like objects throughout the video and the song is talking about him going into the house and there's all these women that don't do anything smart. They just dance around the singer. It is definately not a good example of what girls should be.

I'll let ya lick the lollypop
Go 'head girl, don't you stop
Keep going 'til you hit the spot (whoa) I found that the chorus is an innuendo because they say "lick the lollipop" but they're obviously not talking about an actual lollipop.
